• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account, whether as a crew member or supplier.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Account Termination: Crewpass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

• Permitted Use:
  • Crew Members may use the Platform to explore travel recommendations, discounts, and other curated content.
  • Suppliers may use the Platform to upload deals, promotions, and relevant data for crew members.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not:
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or spamming.
  • Upload or share content that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. User Content

• Ownership: Any content you upload (e.g., reviews, deals, promotions, photos) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant Crewpass a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the Platform.
• Prohibited Content: Users and suppliers must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, services, or offers. Crewpass is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties. You interact with them at your own risk.

6. Supplier Obligations

Suppliers must ensure that all data, deals, and content uploaded to the Platform are accurate, lawful, and up-to-date. By uploading content, suppliers represent and warrant that:

• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• They have the necessary permissions and authority to upload the content.
• They will honor any deals or promotions uploaded to the Platform.

Crewpass reserves the right to remove any supplier content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Crewpass and its licensors retain all rights to the Platform, including its design, functionality, and content.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Fees and Payments

• Crew Members: Some features of the Platform may require payment. Pricing details will be displayed clearly before purchase.
• Suppliers: Fees for uploading deals or content to the Platform, if applicable, will be outlined in the Supplier Agreement.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which will be accessible on the Platform.
• Third-Party Payment Processors: Payments are handled by third-party providers, and their terms will apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Crewpass does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of content.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewpass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Crewpass's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crewpass harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or content you upload.
